Francesco e Nocera Umbra nel segno dell'ultimo cammino

Nocera Umbra (PG)

The Municipality of Nocera Umbra celebrates the 8th centenary of the death of Saint Francis of Assisi with the project "Francesco e Nocera Umbra nel segno dell'ultimo cammino". The program includes a system of cultural, artistic, educational and environmental events that will take place throughout 2026. Among the initiatives, the publication of the volume "L'ultimo viaggio di San Francesco", a concert with a stage set up in the historic center, and the installation of panels and signage dedicated to the Franciscan paths ("Il cammino della salute", "Il cammino de la Romita", "Il cammino del respiro") stand out. All events are open to the public and aim to enhance the universal message of the Patron Saint of Italy.

The social promotion association Castrum Collis organizes three events in the square of Voc. Colle in Nocera Umbra. On August 10, 2026, the "Compleanno dell'Associazione Castrum Collis" (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) will be celebrated. On August 15, 2026, a "Pranzo sociale" (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) is scheduled. On August 30, 2026, a "Concerto Gospel" (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) will take place. For each event, the square will be closed to traffic.
