Festa di Grutti 2026

The Festa di Grutti enlivens the medieval village of Grutti, a hamlet of Gualdo Cattaneo in Umbria, with two weekends of flavors and music. From August 21 to 23 and from August 26 to 30, 2026, the streets of the village host food stalls where you can taste local traditional dishes, with the Taverna del Giogo as a meeting point. The evenings are accompanied by live music and entertainment, in a convivial atmosphere that attracts visitors from all over the region every year. Admission is free and the event is organized by the Associazione per Grutti.
Agosto Settembre Gualdese – Cena delle Contrade

The Pro Loco of Gualdo Cattaneo organizes the traditional 'Cena delle Contrade' as part of the 'Agosto Settembre Gualdese' event. The event takes place in Piazza Umberto I and includes the closure of the square to traffic to ensure the dinner can be held safely.

La Madonna della Selvetta: oro e colore del Maestro di Cesi

Conferenza culturale dedicata al dipinto della Madonna della Selvetta, opera del Maestro di Cesi, tenuta dal professor Alessandro Delpriori. L'iniziativa si inserisce come corollario della tradizionale Festa della Madonna della Selva Mattutina e si terrà sabato 12 settembre 2026 alle ore 18:00 nella chiesa di San Pancrazio a Colle del Marchese.
