Every August, the medieval villages of Matterella and Precetto, in the heart of Ferentillo, become an open-air stage for one of Umbria's most evocative historical reenactments. Over five hundred costumed performers bring to life fourteen living tableaux that retrace the history of the area, from the ancient Naharki populations to World War I.
The program combines a historical procession in period costumes, a knightly tournament, concerts, and the famous Notte Bianca, transforming alleys and squares into a journey through time. The 2026 edition takes place from August 21 to 31, with the living tableaux route winding from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele to Largo Furio Miselli.
